Rather this is set by state officials. What is always suggested to students and those that want to protest is to send letters to our elected officials since these are the ones that are in power to make a difference in the budget cuts. I understand that passionate individuals want to gain the support of the masses by voicing their opinions and protesting, however, disturbing classes, setting off fire alarms, etc. But., this shouldn't be the way to do it.
